This shoot expresses all of what I believe and all of what I want to portray in my photography.
The passion and emotion behind these pictures tells a strong story, and can move you.
When it comes to my new title of my photography, "Open Cage", this photo shoot is the perfect display. When I say open cage I am describing the opportunity, when you are in front of the camera, to be free. To release yourself in to your true self, any emotion, any identity, and not being caged in by social norms or expectations. It is not my passion to take "cookie cutter" pictures of your best smile in the best lighting. I want to capture you the way YOU are. No imitations, just you. Whether that is full of love, joy or sorrow, I want to capture it.
